Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a pre-order. This cancellation policy lays out how you can change or cancel these kinds of purchases.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We will collect full payment at checkout, and charge the full payment.
Once the order is placed, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a full refund once the order has been fulfilled. See our returns policy for more details on returns and refunds.

Cancellation for Customers
In accordance with the EU Directive 2023/2673 on consumer rights, customers globally have the right to cancel their order within 15 minutes after placement.

To cancel your order, please go to your account and submit a cancellation request. You will receive an automatic confirmation once your request has been processed. After this period, standard return and refund conditions apply (see our Returns Policy).
