Returns and exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return or exchange items (excluding SS24 items) bought on Liberowe.com according to availability within 14 days from the order being dispatched. You may contact us via info@liberowe.com to request a return label which you can use to send the item to us; said return must be dispatched within the next 14 days after receiving the shipping label. 

The item to be returned must be in its original condition, unused, unworn, and undamaged, with all original tags attached, otherwise we will be unable to issue a refund. If the item meets the conditions mentioned above we will accept the return, issue your refund to the original form of payment and notify you via email within the next 5 to 10 working days upon receiving the return. The time for refund to be processed may vary and is subject to your payment method or card issuer. 

Returns will be accepted at the discretion of Liberowe. If after inspecting the item it is deemed not acceptable for a refund we might return it to you or deduct a fee from the refund to cover cleaning/repair costs. All returns will be handled on a case by cases basis. 

If instead of a return you wish to exchange the size of the item you purchased, you may contact us to receive a shipping label which you can use to send the item back to us. We will add the credit to your Liberowe.com account and once we receive the return we will ship the new size. 

Exchanges for items of different value are not possible. In case  you wish to exchange your order for a style of different value we will follow the same procedure as a return and issue a refund once the item is returned to us in its original condition.  Once refunded you will need to place a new order for the new item. 

Kindly note that all SS24 purchases are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on these items.
