Shipping and Deliveries

All in stock items will be shipped within 2 business days after order has been placed. For custom or pre-orders please allow 8-10 weeks from your order date for your purchase to be shipped. 

Please see below our standard shipping times:  

UK Orders:

Standard delivery: 3 to 5 business days from shipping 

Express delivery: 1 to 2 business days guaranteed from shipping when you choose this option at checkout. Option for same day delivery is available for orders that are placed before 12PM. For same day delivery, please contact info@liberowe.com. 

International Orders:

Standard delivery: 3 to 7 business days from shipping. 

Express delivery: Please contact us directly at info@liberowe.com if you require an international express delivery. 

Delivery outside of the UK may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply in your country. 

Shipping and delivery times may vary during promotional and holiday periods.  Please note that couriers do not deliver on public holiday or weekends.

International orders are shipped on DDU (delivery duty unpaid) terms, meaning Liberowe is responsible for getting the goods to the final destination and the customer is responsible for covering any duties associated with the purchase. In case any import duty or tax costs are charged you will be invoiced and contacted by DHL, Liberowe or a related party .
