Shipping Time and Method

All in stock items will be shipped within 2 business days after order has been placed.

If your order is made upon request, allow 8-10 weeks from your order date for your order to be shipped. 
Deliveries may incur slight delays during holiday periods and please note that couriers do not deliver on public holiday or weekends.

UK Orders

Standard delivery: 3 to 5 business days from shipping 

Express delivery: 1 to 2 business days guaranteed from shipping when you choose this option at checkout. 

International Orders

Standard delivery: 3 to 10 business days from shipping. 

Express delivery: please contact us directly at info@liberowe.com if you require an international express delivery. 

Delivery outside of the UK may be subject to local import taxes, which are your responsibility where they apply in your country. 

Please allow 6-8 weeks for pre-ordered items. 

Return & Exchange

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, our returns policy allows you to return or exchange any items (excluding FW24, SS24 and FW23 items) upon availability to LIBEROWE within 14 days from being dispatched.

Kindly note that all FW24, SS24 and FW23 purchases are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges on these items. For more info, please see our return policy in full.
