Delivery

Standard delivery: 3 to 5 business days from shipping for UK orders, 3 to 10 business days for international orders.

Express delivery: 1 to 2 business days guaranteed from shipping for UK orders, UPS and DHL express shipping options used for international orders.

Please allow for slight delays during holiday periods. Couriers do not operate on weekends or public holidays.

Duties and Taxes

All US orders are shipped duties and taxes paid, no fees to be paid on delivery.

For all other international destinations outside the UK and US, local duties and taxes are payable upon arrival.

Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. Please email info@liberowe.com to request a return label.
